The breakfast buffet is great.

On our stay, the walls were paper thin, great to hear everything from neighboring rooms, which disrupted our sleep multiple times. We were disappointed to find that the pool hours were quite limited for an adults-only hotel, closing at 19:00. We also noticed a lack of adequate parasols around the sunbeds.

The room with kitchen Office. Magnificent.

The worthwhile beach is a little far from the hotel.

Too "European" timetable: We would have liked to have had breakfast later. I also suggest putting a television in the bedroom.

no ventilation in the toilets. Safe is a normal part of the basic equipment and security. should be a standard feature in every hotel, with 4 stars you can expect it after all

views I had, large and cool terrace and treatment of the staff. hotel management was up to the task, since at first there was a problem of availability on the first day of the suite, they knew how to solve it, for which we are grateful.

bathroom to be a little small suite and location of the TV does not make sense not being in front of the bed.

The real deal or a total steal?

Excellent pools and sunbeds made relaxing easy. Staff were attentive, particularly Carmen, were pretty good. Breakfast choices were good with chefs making omelettes to order!

Sound insulation needs improvement as loud neighbors disrupted sleep. Lunch and dinner options felt limited, lacking variety and creativity, which could enhance the dining experience.

Very friendly and very dedicated staff, beautifully renovated complex, large rooms, good breakfast.

Rooms very sensitive, uncomfortable beds, cleaning was rather superficial, fee for the safe, only a few parking spaces in the complex (otherwise parking on the next street is possible).

It was a great relaxing hotel with sea views and very good Wi-Fi. The location of the property was good and absolutely perfect - not too far away from Puerto Portals. Enjoyed my stay.

Our mornings began with a good breakfast on the terrace, enjoying sparkling wine thanks to Nico's thoughtful gesture.

We felt that the room walls were a bit thin which occasionally disrupted our quiet moments. It would have been nice if the pool stayed open a bit later, too.

location of the hotel was very good for our vocation.

when booking the hotel free parking was an important criteria for us, but it was limited. i recommend you to put this on the web page.

Was not too sure what to expect on arrival. The staff were very friendly and most accomodating. The room was clean with fresh towels every 2nd/3rd day. Was on a 1/2 board basis & the food for b/feast & eve meal was very satisfactory, Had a car and used the hotel as a base from where to explore the Island, therefore did not spend any time at the pool, but families with young kids appeared to have enjoyed themselves. Bar etc closed at 12 midnight, hence no drunkeness and noise associated etc. Overall our stay was pleasant and exceeded our expectations.

Fantastic ambiance with fine sea views! The spacious junior suite offers modern comforts, and the breakfast is a good experience with a wide selection. Just a short walk to beautiful sandy beaches and a lovely marina filled with dining options. Friendly staff ensure your stay is relaxing and enjoyable! Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

The room was very nice, light and big. The kitchen is well-equiped, but there is no hair-dryer in a bathroom.The territory isn't big, but green enough. All animation is in english. In general we are pleased with everything.

The breakfast was nice hot and top class at the steak house, and reasonably priced. I got an a nice size and well-equipped room with balcony, fresh towels, a sofa. The location was best possible, within a close distance from a marine zoo.

Some of the staff were busy.
